Routers often come with a default password which is never changed and the ISP support expects to remain default for them to access remotely.

The password goes along the lines of

abcdefgh123456

with a to h being random letters that are capitalized, and 1 to 6 being random numbers.

That looks like an alright password unless all routers/mod that come out of the factory have the same password. I was hoping the factory randomly generated a unique password for each router/mod. Does anyone have any ideas how the factory generates the default password?
